This is a style of fly that intrigues me
very much. These are the flies that
were made famous by Carrie Stevens
and other Maine fly tiers in the early
part of the 20th Century.
A lot of these flies are very beautiful
and are truly works of art, not to
mention they are effective as well and
still in use today.
These are some of my attempts at
tying these wonderful patterns.
